The builder pushed you to start before the screed was ready. A few weeks later, the floor cups.
Another contractor damaged the floor after you left. Nobody owns up, and you're the one held back from getting paid.

The installer is responsible from the moment you commit to the product and lay it. Whoever laid it, answers for it.

Deposit and booking

Payment lands, the reference matches, dates get confirmed. Your client knows what happens next because they were told, automatically.

Check in, capture, check out. Works with no signal and syncs when it's back. Readings, batches and photos, in under two minutes.

Variations, agreed

Extra work priced and sent for the client to confirm in writing before it happens. The dispute doesn't start, because the price did.

The client keeps the record

A service report they can hand to the next owner: what was laid, how, in what conditions, with which products — plus maintenance and warranty.

What gets captured

A record, not a shoebox.

Every reading is corroborated by a photograph. Every photograph is timestamped and carries where it was taken. Where an instrument is used, the reading comes straight off the meter — and the report says so.

Two independent measurements taken at the same moment, agreeing with each other, is a much harder thing to argue with than either one alone.
